Kyverno 1.14.0 through 1.19.0 contains an image signature verification bypass caused by ImageValidatingPolicy evaluator ignoring spec.images and spec.allowedValues in PolicyException, letting attackers admit unsigned or untrusted images, exploit requires matching PolicyException with policyRefs and matchConditions.
