Mooncake transfer engine through 0.3.13.post1 contains a denial of service caused by memory exhaustion in TransferMetadata::receivePeerNotify, letting unauthenticated attackers exhaust process memory by sending large notify frames repeatedly, exploit requires network access to handshake RPC port.
