Dogtag PKI pki-core contains a broken authentication caused by CMCAuthForEST plugin failing open on EST fullcmc enrollment requests without end-user TLS client certificate, letting authenticated EST users obtain CA-signed certificates with arbitrary subject names, exploit requires authentication.
