Hydra < 1.3.6 and < 1.4.0.dev9 contains a code injection vulnerability caused by unprotected logging configuration passed to logging.config.dictConfig(), letting attackers invoke arbitrary classes with application privileges, exploit requires attacker control over logging configuration.
