SWUpdate through 2026.05.1 contains an improper certificate validation vulnerability caused by trusting untrusted X.509 certificates embedded in CMS SignedData, letting attackers with a sibling intermediate signing key install malicious updates, exploit requires attacker to hold a signing key from a sibling intermediate.
