Kubeflow Model Registry <= 0.3.17 contains a server-side request forgery caused by improper validation of the modelregistry.kubeflow.org/url annotation, letting namespace users steal controller ServiceAccount tokens and modify other tenants' InferenceServices cluster-wide, exploit requires namespace user privileges.
