ProjectSend < 2.7.0 contains an incorrect authorization vulnerability caused by insufficient access control in PATCH /api/v1/users/{user}, letting restricted API token holders escalate privileges and change owner credentials, exploit requires possession of limited manage_users and edit_users API tokens.
