GitLab CE/EE >= 18.3, < 19.3.6, 19.4 < 19.4.3, and 19.5 < 19.5.1 contain an open redirect caused by improper trust of user-supplied values in OAuth/OIDC discovery document cache, letting unauthenticated users redirect flows to attacker-controlled servers, exploit requires crafted cache poisoning.
