CVE-2026-114051 vLLM - Denial of Service

vLLM < 0.31.0 contains a denial of service caused by skipping min_tokens <= max_tokens check with null max_tokens in /inference/v1/generate requests, letting unauthenticated remote attackers hang generation requests, exploit requires sending crafted request with oversized min_tokens.
