Vendor fix

Upgrade to Temporal Server 1.31.3 or later where the compute provider allowlist denies k8s by default, or configure workercontroller.compute_providers.enabled to exclude k8s.

Patching closes this CVE. It does not tell you which of your systems run the affected version, or what else is exposed alongside them.
