Vendor fix

Update to the fixed kernel version with K_SYSCALL_MEMORY_READ() and K_SYSCALL_MEMORY_WRITE() checks on PECI buffers.

Patching closes this CVE. It does not tell you which of your systems run the affected version, or what else is exposed alongside them.
