Splunk Enterprise < 10.4.4, 10.2.8, and 10.0.11 contains a denial of service caused by unauthenticated repeated requests to the Edge Processor package download endpoint, letting unauthenticated users cause resource exhaustion and daemon unresponsiveness, exploit requires unauthenticated access to the endpoint.
