GitLab EE >= 19.0, < 19.1.8, >= 19.2, < 19.2.6, and >= 19.3, < 19.3.2 contains an access control vulnerability caused by insufficient scope validation in policy test pipeline execution, letting authenticated users with developer permissions access protected CI/CD variables, exploit requires developer permissions.
