GitLab EE 18.1 < 19.2.8, 19.3 < 19.3.5, and 19.4 < 19.4.2 contain a privilege escalation caused by improper cleanup of scheduled pipeline execution policy records in transferred projects, letting authenticated users execute arbitrary CI/CD pipelines with new group privileges, exploit requires user authentication.
