Vendor fix

Upgrade to Apache Camel 4.23.0, or 4.18.5 for 4.18.x LTS, or 4.22.1 for 4.22.x LTS; alternatively, disable followRedirects and handle redirects explicitly.

Patching closes this CVE. It does not tell you which of your systems run the affected version, or what else is exposed alongside them.
