CVE-2026-87011 Open WebUI - Denial of Service

Open WebUI 0.9.0 to 0.11.1 contains a denial of service caused by uncached network fetches and blocking signing-key lookup in the unauthenticated POST /oauth/backchannel-logout handler, letting remote attackers stall the single-worker instance and amplify traffic, exploit requires ENABLE_OAUTH_BACKCHANNEL_LOGOUT enabled.
