Oracle Fusion Middleware Oracle Service Bus 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 contain a remote code execution caused by an easily exploitable vulnerability in the core component, letting low privileged attackers with network access via HTTP take over the service, exploit requires network access via HTTP.
