Groundhogg CRM, Newsletters, and Marketing Automation plugin for WordPress <= 4.8.3 contains a privilege escalation caused by insecure identification of support accounts in create_support_user(), letting attackers with specific user_login and email escalate privileges, exploit requires attacker account with hardcoded credentials and admin triggering support access.
