Vendor fix

Validate PD cap counts in cros_typec_register_partner_pdos() to ensure they do not exceed PDO_MAX_OBJECTS; update to latest kernel version with this fix.

Patching closes this CVE. It does not tell you which of your systems run the affected version, or what else is exposed alongside them.
